How can I return a product and what are the conditions of returning?

You can return a product directly from your customer account by accessing the “Product/s return form”, selecting the eligible products from the displayed list and filling in the online return form.

After you initiate the return, you will select the courier company through which you want to return the product.

Returned products will be sent wrapped in solid packaging, preferably the one in which the product was delivered, in order to prevent damage, to the following address: SC Klausen Exim Com. Gilău, Gilău Village, Farm 7, Hall 10, Jud. Cluj.

The return data must be accurate so that it can be processed and paid on time.

For products that have been subjected to unauthorized interventions, those that show signs of utilization or excessive use, scratches, flaws, bumps, mechanical / electrical shocks and those that lack accessories, we reserve the right not to accept their return.

Is the return free?

The return is not free, transport costs will be supported by the customer.

For how long I can register the return of a product?

You can return any product free of charge within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the package.

How long it takes for the return amount be refunded?

The value of the returned products will be transferred to the specified bank account you filled in, within a maximum of 14 days, from the moment the package arrived in our warehouse.
