You can purchase Unique products online, from the website staging.uniquebyklausen.com. If you prefer to buy the products from an actual store, we are waiting for you with great pleasure in our showroom in Cluj-Napoca or in our partners stores from the country. In the Contact us section of our website you can find the list of Area Sales Managers responsible for each area in the country.
How do I order online?
Online orders are placed exclusively on uniquebyklausen.com website. Add the desired products to the cart, access the cart in the upper right corner, and then complete the order by following the indicated steps. We recommend that you create an account on uniquebyklausen.com website to simplify the order, return and warranty monitoring procedures.
You can search for the desired product directly in the special search field by browsing the product categories in the displayed menu or collections.
Is shipping free? What delivery methods are available?
Shipping is free for orders exceeding 500 RON. If your order does not exceed the amount of 500 RON, a delivery fee will apply which differs depending on the ordered product (weight) and the selected delivery method. The total shipping value will be displayed in the shopping cart before placing the order. Payment method cash on delivery involves an additional service fee performed by the courier company.
Delivery can be made through the Fun Courier or Sameday courier company, at the customer’s choice. You can also choose to pick up the products from the Unique showroom, in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Mănăștur no. 38-40, for free.
Can I place orders with cash on delivery payment method? What are the conditions?
Yes. You can place orders with payment on delivery by checking this option in the order form.
For the payment cash on delivery option, you are charge an extra fee of 6 RON, because the payment of the refund order involves an additional service performed by the courier company.
Can I open the package upon delivery?
We recommend opening and visually checking the package upon delivery. This option is included in the transport service we offer when delivering online orders.
I received an incomplete package. What can I do in this situation?
Don’t worry! If your order has been delivered incompletely, you can contact us by filling in the “Notice/Complaint form” and we will check out the situation and fix it. The warranty certificate is missing from the package. If the product was delivered without a warranty certificate, please notify us within maximum 72 hours of receiving the product, using the Contact form.
How do I return a product?
If, for any reason, you want to return a product, you have 14 days, according to the law, to place a return order, accessing the Return option in your account or filling in the Product Return form, without authentication in the account.
Please make sure that the product is complete with all accessories and documents (warranty certificate, etc.) with which it was delivered.
Also, in order for the product to reach us in good condition and we can refund your money, it is important to follow the packaging instructions, available both on our website and on the couriers’ company websites.
The cost of the return transport is supported by the client. You can opt for any courier company operating in Romania, except for the Romanian Post.
Note that the refund money of returned products is made by bank transfer to the account that you indicated in the return form.
The product is defective. How do you benefit from repairs under warranty?
All products sold by us have a warranty of at least 2 years, according to the warranty certificate accompanying them. Please make sure that the defect is not due to defects in installation or use and that it does not refer to aesthetic elements (broken or cracked lampshade, color change), but to the functionality of the product. For aesthetic or any other problems (not functionality) the products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
To request the repair of a product under warranty, you can access the My Warranties button, if you are logged in to your account, or you can complete and submit the Product Repair Form (under warranty).
Within 15 days of receiving the product at Klausen headquarters you will receive the repaired or replaced product. You can find more details in the Terms and Conditions – Warranty Policy section.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order within 24 hours (estimated time) from the online purchase of the products, if you have not received confirmation that the products have been sent already by courier service. You can cancel the order from your account or by e-mail, at [email protected].
I am an architect / interior designer / real estate developer and I want to develop a collaboration, who can I contact?
If you are from Cluj, our recommendation is to visit us at our Showroom or to contact the Unique team of advisers, at 0727 740 247, or by e-mail at [email protected]. For collaborators from other areas in the country, the options are: contacting a Area Sales Manager or calling a partner store in your area.

How can I receive a product catalog?
Enter the Catalogs section on the website and click on it to view the online vesions of our catalogs. Also from here you can download any catalog in electronic format. For printed catalogs, contact our sales representatives or our showroom consultants in Cluj Napoca.
I live in a difficult to access area. How will I proceed with the delivery?
If the delivery address is in a difficult-to-reach area, you will be contacted by the courier to arrange a new pick up place of the package, so that there are no additional charges applied.
